We Use Advanced Technology To Deliver Superior Results, And A Better Dental Experience.

Cone Beam Computed Tomography (3D xrays)

Enhanced Precision and Safety with CBCT

We use Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) – an advanced 3D Imaging technology – to deliver precision and enhance better diagnosis that can’t be achieved through the use of traditional 2D x-rays alone.  It helps eliminate uncertainties when diagnosing dental, TMJ, sinus, and jaw issues.

Outstanding Results / Less Time in the Chair

By using CBCT and specialized 360° Sidexis and Galileos imaging software, we are able to virtually place and plan dental implants in advance of your procedure. The powerful software allows for more accurate diagnoses, and thus better treatment planning. We use this system to fabricate exact-fitting surgical stents that facilitate perfect implant depth and angulation, for certain cases.

WaveOne Gold Endodontic

There’s nothing fun about root canals, so there’s no reason to make them more unpleasant than necessary.  Our doctors are as efficient as they are thorough.  Their expertise, and the technology they use, allow you to spend less time in the chair and experience less discomfort.

We use WaveOne Gold Endodontic technology for root canal treatments, which benefits our patients in several significant ways:

  •  Minimally Invasive: WaveOne Gold files are engineered to respect the natural anatomy of the root canal, removing less healthy dentin and staying centered in the canal. This helps preserve more of your natural tooth structure, which allows faster healing and maintains the tooth’s strength
  • Shorter and More Comfortable Procedures: WaveOne Gold uses a single, highly flexible Ni-Ti M wire rotary file with reciprocating motion, which allows us to clean and shape the root canal more efficiently than traditional multi-file systems. This reduces the overall treatment time and the amount of time you’ll spend in the dental chair, and reduces your chance of file fracture needing a follow up visit.
  • Better Cleaning and Disinfection: The design of the file, including its cross-section and tip, allows for more effective removal of infected tissue and debris from the root canal. This thorough cleaning lowers the risk of reinfection and improves the long-term success of the treatment.
  • Reduced Post-Treatment Pain:  The WaveOne system fits well with our approach to dentistry because it’s efficient and minimally-invasive.  This helps minimize any discomfort you might feel after the procedure. It also facilities very precise cleaning and shaping, which reduces the likelihood of post-operative complications.
  • Higher Success Rates: The combination of efficient cleaning, safety, and preservation of tooth structure leads to higher overall success rates for root canal therapy, so you can have more confidence in the outcome of your treatment.

Odyssey Navigator Diode Laser

We use the Odyssey Navigator Diode Laser for many surgical treatments to make them more comfortable, efficient, and effective compared to traditional methods.  Here’s how:

  • Minimally invasive procedures: The Odyssey Navigator allows us to perform soft tissue surgeries—such as gum reshaping, removal of overgrown gums, esthetic gum contouring, and frenectomies—with minimal discomfort, little to no bleeding, and no need for stitches
  • Faster healing and less pain: Patients typically experience less post-operative pain, and faster recovery times due to the laser’s ability to seal blood vessels and sterilize tissue instantly.
  • Precision and safety: It enables us to precisely target the affected or diseased area, preserving healthy tissue and reducing the risk of collateral damage. This precision is especially valuable in esthetic procedures, or if you have anxiety about dental surgery.
  • Reduced infection risk: By destroying bacteria on contact, the diode laser lowers the risk of post-procedure infections
  • Less discomfort for you: Procedures are often virtually painless, with little to no post-treatment sensitivity, and many patients require only local anesthesia or sometimes none at all.
  • Shorter treatment times: The laser allows us to work more efficiently, so you can be on your way sooner.
  • Cleaner, safer procedures: The laser cuts and coagulates simultaneously, which helps prevent excessive bleeding.
  • Faster, easier recovery: Laser therapy can promote faster tissue regeneration and healing, further enhancing recovery. Most procedures do not require stitches, so there’s less discomfort and less need for follow-up care.
